Oh, I know her shtick pretty well, but usually it's not this unvarnished even for her. To me this reads and sounds like she unintentionally said the unvarnished/unspinned truth out. Usually with her it has at least a thin layer of republicans good, trump great, and everyone one else is a child andrechrome eatting, Owl Worshiping pedophile. That means the worst Republican is still better than the best of whats left. She seems to have gotten to the point that she doesn't even lay that varnish down. Maybe she feels that she has spun it enough that everyone should know it, so no need to say that part anymore. Now it's True Republican vs the Big Bads so to her and her shtick/world POV is Republican Party = Country.
