It's my birthday next month. It's a big one. I do not like it. A friend of mine has a brother who is 15 months older than he is. His brother just turned 50. My friend wrote an email to his brother on his birthday and said, “Hey - Happy Birthday! Wow - 50! Should I worry?” (Asking what it might be like for my friend in 15 months.) Brother answers, “Yes.” :| |

I don’t do much of anything - I have a strong dislike of my birthday since my birthday is also Valentine’s Day and I despise Valentine’s Day, which as I’ve said before is a day for the handful of people in happy relationships to smear shit in the faces of everyone else. So I’ve always hated my birthday - it just reminds me of how alone and insignificant I am and will always be. That sucks. Also, that was the last data-point we needed to steal your identity. Wait until you see how much things are going to suck after we have wrecked your credit rating. |

I don’t do much of anything - I have a strong dislike of my birthday since my birthday is also Valentine’s Day and I despise Valentine’s Day, which as I’ve said before is a day for the handful of people in happy relationships to smear shit in the faces of everyone else. So I’ve always hated my birthday - it just reminds me of how alone and insignificant I am and will always be. Pfft, you think you have it bad? My birthday is my mother's funeral day. After suicide. Can't believe my dad arranged it for that day. |
