But chocolate is already plant-based. Cocoa is a bean. You can have dairy-free dark chocolate where soy lecithin is used as an emulsifier and sugar and vanilla are added.
These marketing crazes are out of control. I see juices that boast GLUTEN FREE. Lemonade even. It's lemons, water and sugar, of course it's gluten fucking free.

I eat dark chocolate which is 95% cocoa. Yes, dark chocolate is my favourite - I like the slight bitter taste to it. Same with coffee.

I’m not consuming any caffeine ATM myself and this 95% cocoa chocolate has the lowest amount of carbs and sugars. I’ll just have a small piece with rooibos tea. www.lindt.com.au/lindt-excellence-95-cocoa-80g My diet has been very healthy lately but I don’t feel as though I’m missing out on anything.

I don't have caffeine either - I stopped drinking coffee as a regular drink about 20 years ago but I still have the occasional decaf. If I have a regular coffee, I can feel the effect of the caffeine and I hate it. It's like this horrible intense high frequency silent sound in my brain. Imagine a high pitched whine annoying your brain but without actually making a sound - it's like that.

I just stopped drinking coffee as I thought it would help me lose weight. I drink Coke No Sugar No Caffeine sometimes though.

I once tried diet pills (proper stuff from the pharmacy, not crap) - they turned out to be a heavy dose of caffeine. I hated it.

I think it's a psychological thing unless you are drinking 50 cups a day. Tea drinkers never think it affects them and there's more caffeine in tea than coffee I believe. Do you drink non-decaf coffee regularly? Never. I have about 3 maybe 4 cups of coffee a day and that's it. Wait, you never drink non-decaf? I assume you mean you drink regular (caffeinated) coffee, in which case, if you drink 3 or 4 cups of caffeinated a day, it's no surprise you don't feel the caffeine, because you have plenty of the enzyme that deals with caffeine so your body processes it quickly before it builds up. I don't drink the stuff so my enzyme is low to non-existent, so if I drink caffeinated coffee, the caffeine just builds and builds, and that's what feels awful. Takes about an hour for it to subside.
