The Roman and Greek stuff is interesting (Jason and The Argonauts; Clash of The Titans, that kind of stuff), but my favourite, albeit fewer in the number of stories so maybe not a complete mythology, is Santa. You know Santa is really Odin. Santa is really St. Nicholas of Bari. St. Nicholas of Bari

Do you prefer beautiful Gods and Goddesses of the Ancient Greece? The cold and dark grandeur of the Northmen? The poetry of the Irish legends? Something more exotic? Greek/Roman myths. I actually know very little about Irish mythology, & I say this as someone who is of Irish descent on my mother's side (English on my father's). Gaelic heroes have beautiful names.

Greco-Roman and Indo-Aryan mythology in general. However, some aspects of early Slavic myths and folklore are really cool as well.
