You know, I've always felt sorry for Nefertiti in The Ten Commandments.

He doesn’t have a six-pack, but that wasn’t necessary back in the 1950s. Ten Commandments Ben-Hur

He had quite the trim pair of man-teats, I must say.

He had quite the trim pair of man-teats, I must say. Heston could be considered a real man's man, yet he wasn't someone I found physically appealing/attractive or even handsome, man-teats reveal or not.

He wasn’t particularly handsome, but had a ruddy, lean appeal Clint Eastwood has, but with a booming masculine voice. CB picked the right actor to be Moses.

I never found Eastwood sexually appealing either, although I like him as a screen presence and actor.

Agreed, I never found his looks much; I did develop some actorly respect for him in his latter years when I saw his performance as the Player King in Branagh's Hamlet. A very movingly done performance; pity he didn't display more of that ability throughout his film career, as opposed to the action stuff. He might have been legendary on multiple levels.

Heston presence I have found has always been welcome. I watched a thriller movie about a year ago from the 70's, about a sniper in a football stadium. The film was tight, taut and suspenseful. Heston was perfect as the cop out to find him. He didn't appear to have to try hard to be believable in the roles he chose. I prefer him to Kirk Douglas, who I find a bit corny and overdone at times.
