If... some bloke said that Starr is the superior artist out of those two.
Would that be racist? One thing I do know though, is, they would be wrong.
By the way, if they said that they simply like ringo starr more ... or said that they would rather listen to him over stevie wonder. That wouldn't be racist.
Having said that, I would rather listen to 5 albums by ringo starr, than 5 by Wonder.

I thought Stevie Wonder was pretty great up to and including much of Songs in the Key of Life but after that my interest in him fizzled out. Ringo Starr is very likeable and released some good singles at the beginning of his solo career but I have no idea what his LPs were like.
