Racism in football: Reporting process is 'broken'

All I get from reading this is that the viewpoint is when an accusation of racism made it has to be taken as gospel and the accused is assumed to be guilty. No proof or evidence required even after an investigation has found nothing. In a time where we've seen multiple staged race hoaxes, people lying about racial incidents and people just seeing racism in everything it still doesn't seem to be on the radar of some people that black players can just lie about it or just misinterpret or mishear something. Just saying that could get you labelled a racist these days.
