That'd not a biased or political answer. That is, factually, when human life begins.
I suppose when this question asked in the context of abortion, the meaning is, when does life begin spiritually, or philosophically.
Biologically, we already know; there's no ambiguity there.
The argument is: ok, we know when it begins, but when does it count.

Well tehnically a sperm cell is a life, so of course that's not really the debate over abortion, the real debate is when meaningful life begins (which is more of a philosophical question, not a scientific one)
