Yes, it's a good replacement for fruit and vegetables.

If you have type 2 diabetes you can't drink sugared sodas anymore. The regular diet sodas made with saccharin taste really terrible, but it is either that or the "zero" version, which are the only sodas that diabetics can drink.
Sure lots of people really love to hate on diet sodas and most stores refuse to even carry them. But that is usually born out of a selfish ignorant attitude from a bunch of people who just don't understand. If you take away all the diet sodas that just means that people with diabetes can't have sodas anymore. Why would you go and do a thing like that to those unfortunate people who already can't ever have so much as a sip of beer or vodka, or gin, ever again for the rest of their lives. Isn't that just a little bit beyond cruel and heartless to take away from diabetics one of the last few things that they can actually enjoy.

Yes, it's a good replacement for fruit and vegetables. Fruit contains sugar. No sugar Sprite contains NO sugar. You know nothing about nutrition 😂

I had about 10 of those today. No. It's not hydrating and the sugar substitute is proven to somehow contribute to extreme weight gain, as well. Just drink water.
