The first half is an utterly absorbing story about a man who wakes up 90 years early into a 120 year journey on a colonisation ship of 5000 passengers heading for a new planet.
Being alone, it has echoes of The Shining and Silent Running and asks you the simple question: What would you do?
What he does is highly questionable and very interesting as well.
The producers feel the need to create excitement by putting the ship in peril so we go into disaster story mode towards the end, but it's okay. Not as interesting as the first part, though.
All in all, well worth a watch, 7/10.
