I just called my cable company, the customer service hotline, before I got to a real human being I got a recorded message explaining how the company "stands with you in support of Net Neutrality".
A) I don't support net neutrality.
B) If the company does, fine, but just fucking do it on their Internet service. Nobody is stopping them from practicing it. Leave everyone else free to practice what they find their customers like.
C) If ending net neutrality gives internet giants more power, why do nearly all of them support having net neutrality?
D) why can't dumbass Trump haters see that he IS NOT pandering to the wealthy, when virtually every corporate owned media entity hates Trump? The only one that doesn't is Fox News, and they didn't like him until he became the Republican nominee and they had no choice.

And your cable company knows this. It is good public relations to pretend to agree with the customers.

Just allow internet providers to de what they want, if most people really want net neutrality they'll have a service catering to them, and that service will kill the competition. That simple fact proves what a lie net neutrality is.

Because ending Net Neutrality is predicted to benefit the big companies and hurt the small. More importantly, ending Net Neutrality is predicted to hurt consumers, business and innovation. That being said, it is not stupid for small companies, consumers, and those who in favor of business and innovation to be against ending Net Neutrality.

In the first place, Google and Facebook support net neutrality. Second, internet freedom will allow companies to use different models. If bet neutrality is as popular as you claim then a small company can practice it, and become a tech giant, because customers will flock to their net neutral service.

You don't understand Net Neutrality. Net Neutrality demands all companies --- big and small --- get the same speed and power on the Internet. Ending it will allow Internet providers to pick and chose who gets fast speeds and who gets slowed down. That doesn't allow anyone to try anything new. It certainly doesn't allow small Internet companies to practice Net Neutrality.

If I could move to a different cable provider with slower net service, and pay less, I would. I haven't noticed the effects of the twice improved speed that has been forced upon me.

I have this bundle thing, and this company is the only game in town. I could switch to ATT (700 people lay off in my state), but how stable are they, and the service just sucks. If I do separate companies like with dish, they always cut out in bad weather. My bill is 177.00 a month.

Nobody is stopping them.

Nobody is stopping them. It is great for Internet providers. It is bad for Internet users. Like you and me. And the places we shop on the Internet. Not just for stuff to buy. But even looking for information.

Yep. These big corporations have used government to help solidify their status, and done it under the guise of preventing corporate use of government power to solidify their status.and it's so easy to see, but most people are too dumb to put two and two together!
