I stopped drinking milk when I was a very small child (maybe 4 years old), stopped adding it to drinks in my teens and stopped having it on cereals in my twenties.
Now I am finding that eating cheese is making me lethargic. I also get weird, restless dreams if I eat it too late.
Maybe I should stop, but I love Stilton and Gorgonzola!

I'm pretty much vegan now. Can't say cheese made me lethargic but bad for the cholestral and I like it too much.

I stopped drinking milk (and in drinks, cereals, etc.) when I was a child too. I do, however, put yogurt (yoghurt) on granola with mixed nuts and blueberries. That makes a good breakfast. Cheese is wonderful. If consumed in moderation it is healthy. www.livestrong.com/article/547464-what-are-the-healthiest-cheeses/www.livestrong.com/article/335845-the-benefits-of-parmesan-cheese/
