I’m trying keto, but I’m not sure if it will work. That’s because it’s a little complicated. I’ve never calorie counted before and don’t want to.
But last week I did a low carb diet (just cut out bread, rice etc) and lost a couple of kilos. Then I thought I’d try a keto diet. For the last few days I’ve only eaten broccoli and cauliflower, berries (sometimes with thickened cream aka heavy cream) and one scotch fillet pork steak per day. I may switch the pork for salmon.
Hopefully I’ll lose 15kg.

I went pescatorian in March and cut out all carbs, as well as reducing alcohol by half.
Lost 15kg by August. Have plateau'd since, but secret weapon #2 started yesterday so hoping to lose 8kg more to get down to 80 by new year or so.
