Look up his criminal record. Not exactly a god. Nobody apart from maybe a few deluded souls think he is, continuously slagging off a murder victim to make yourself feel better about what happened isn't a good thing though. You seem far more angry about how some people have attempted to make a martyr of him though than you do the fact that a police officer felt so untouchable that he could suffocate a man to death in full view of the public and not appear to fear any reprisals. Perhaps it's folks with your outlook that make them feel secure in their actions. After all he was a bad man, what's it matter if a cop decides to kill him? Let someone pistol whip someone you love. Than get back to me. |

Than get back to me. My sister was attacked many years ago, I have no sympathy for offenders, just don't see it as a mitigating factor for murder as you seem to. |

Such would only be self-defense and Chauvin had nothing to defend himself against. Given that George Floyd had become incapable of resisting at least nine minutes before his death (otherwise he would still be alive) leads all self-defense arguments and justification for Chauvin's actions ad absurdum. Nonetheless, this is not about logic nor law here in this thread, nor with @shadyvsesham, . This is about petty feelings. This is about being shown their ignorance and they can't put up with it. And whether George Floyd deserved death for his former alleged action was up for a judge and a court to decide. Certainly not Chauvin, who had no knowledge of George Floyd's alleged crimes. |
