Absolutely delicious. Port and cheese is a fantastic combination. If you like fortified wine try Australian muscat or tokay (topaque). They aren't as sweet or heavy as port. Muscat has a red-brown colour and the good stuff doesnt get made anywhere else. Maybe something similar is made in Spain.
