Then it would have to be a Lagrange point. While you're still experiencing gravity, the gravitational forces balance out to zero.

Not just any Lagrange point, because the small systems in which most Lagrange points exist are all still experiencing gravity from outside the small system. But I think it's fair to say it is one specific Lagrange point....

Yes, in theory, that's where the gravitational centre of the universe should be. The more interesting part to this exercise is that if you found a point in the universe where you experienced zero gravity, you have found the point where big bang occurred.
