It's funny the next says "original" b/c this 1965 Dixie Cups version is itself a cover of a 1953 song: I always post this Bangles cover of Simon and Garfunkel, still love it. Because if ever there was a song to get fingerbanged to as a minor child (by another minor child - what? fourteen was more advanced in '88) it began with "Children behave". I always think "My Swedish friend" lol... I forgot 4 or 5 between searches on YT 'cause I thought of too many at once. I still stand by this post! 😁 |
