Once again they're the screw-ups. They have the number 1 pick and they choose... Baker Mayfield? I don't even think Mayfield should go in the first round, much less 1st overall.
But fine, they like him, now since Cleveland also has the 4th pick why not take Saquon Barkley with the 1st pick, they can be reasonably sure Mayfield wouldn't be taken 2nd or 3rd, and then take him at 4?
This is almost as stupid as what Chicago did in last year's draft.
