Lithuania puts up 150 km of barbed wire and 10 km of fence

Lithuania has so far put up more than 150 kilometers of barbed wire and another 10 kilometers of fixed fencing along its border with Belarus as part of efforts to stem an influx of irregular migrants from the neighboring country, Laurynas Kasciunas, chairman of the parliamentary Committee on National Security and Defense, said on Friday.
