Seems to me people are putting alleged racism or hurt feelings over increasing levels of physical violence, drugs, other crimes as well as the future of the business. The reason why the dress code was implicated was because the people involved in the increase in crime wore that style of dress. If you believe that style of dress targets black men than you have to admit this particular place of business problems with increased crime has come from black men also. I suppose that is the elephant in the room for some.

Very stupid, of course.
No-one bats an eyelid when nightclubs require a suit or restaurants require a tie.

Yeah, there are more kids and fewer drunk people in bowling alleys. So let's keep out the riff-raff. Also, why the ellipsis at the end of the sentence?

There is a big difference between going to a nightclub versus a freaking bowling alley... Really? The principle is the same. Why do we accept that some places can have a dress-code but others can't? Is it to do with the price of the service? Are you accepting some form of elitism where expensive places can have a dress-code and that is okay?

Ive seen young men of all races wear baggy pants, hoodies, gang colors, wannabe gang type stuff, nothing racist at all about banning that trash. The only thing I see that would indicate a specific race, IMO, is the do rag thing. But then again, Ive seen stupid white guys with do rags occasionally.

Very stupid, of course. No-one bats an eyelid when nightclubs require a suit or restaurants require a tie. Not even close... Most of that dress code is highly subjective as to what constitutes "gang colors" which nobody ever gets right except for the gangs. And more often than not, the dress code of bowling alleys already included requiring one to wear tight fitting ugly shoes that you have to rent from the bowling alley that are nearly always stuffed with cock roaches... So why not go the extra mile and require customers to wear a badly fitting "regulation uniform" that must be purchased from the bowling alley and worn to be permitted to go bowling. Anyone care to have foot fungus from nasty rented bowling shoes that have never been washed...
