Well yes, I can see how it creates a nightmare with so many posters flooding the politics board with off topic threads
that either belong on "Soapbox" or "TV Stuff" and no I am not trying to be OCD about it. It is just that drags down the quality.
Everyone is having a rough time of it and I even considered retiring because it seems like everything is stacking up
into a great big crap pile leaving very little extra time for posting. It takes more than a day to rebuild the whole OS from scratch.
Which it doesn't help all that much that I have a spare computer I can post from.
I dread having to change out the CPU heatsink and fans on the older of the 2 computers before
having to do a data migration and complete system refit on the newer of the two.
Perhaps at some point I might discuss how to do that with Windows 7 SP1 and or Windows 8.1
If I don't get too bogged down and just quit.

Once you let in every troll kicked off every other board it's hardly going to end well. May as well re label it "conspiracy and hate" board. Why do you think the UK board stays relatively pleasant and fun?

It seems to be 3 individuals in particular, others are just nutters but largely harmless. Why do you think they are here? Every other board has eventually got sick of it ruining every thread so cut out the cancer to save the body. |

It's the unfortunate side effect of fewer people countering the ideas of the folks you're talking about.
Left to propagate in their own environment without opposition, they're like bacteria without antibodies to hold back their growth. They breed and fester, until one day you come along and lift the lid and the smell knocks you to the floor.
