The green-bordered red square on the far left is the odd one out as all the others have something not in common with the other four. Starting from the right-hand side:
The small square is different from the rest as it is significantly smaller than the other shapes. The yellow square is different from the rest as it is a different colour than the four red shapes. The circle is different from the rest as it is a different shape to the squares. The non-bordered red square lacks a green outline, unlike the rest. And, finally, looking at the green-bordered red square, there is no trait to be found that it does not share with the rest.

Well shucks, that seems logical. I went with "round" because the question referred to "shape" in particular, so maybe I took it too literal. You so smahht.
