I checked it out, looks like there are pros and cons. Two names jumped right out at me as politics board squatters. We don't know the person running the site (at least i don't even though the name sounds familiar), but at least proboards can't just shut that site down whenever it feels like it with no notice. Has nest view, but can't collapse. I don't think you can post pics or video, didn't see any anyway. You could be demodded on day 2.

Other stuff. Does anyone even know anything about filmboards or the people over there?

I think he can do whatever he wants. Making someone a mod doesn't mean they'll keep him a mod, it could be just to poach the users. Once there you're subject to the whims of the site admin, anything can happen. Like i said above, i don't know anything about the admin, they could be a nefarious person for all i know. At least with the imdb and proboards you have some sort of accountability, not so much with just random people.
