I figure this didn't fit "pleasant" conversation, so I'm putting it here. There are many "non-pc" names for things that are pretty well-known (e.g. "paddy wagon", an alternate term for 'jury rigged"). But were there any lesser-known names that were perhaps local to where you lived, or used among a select group of people that you knew?
Two come to mind for me.
1) The apartment complex where my grampa lived for many years was referred to colloquially as "Little Mexico" because almost all the residents were Hispanic. (I should note that my family is Hispanic, and most people I heard use the term were also Hispanic, so it wasn't meant pejoratively. It was just informational.)
2) There was a small convenience step down the street from where my family lived until I was about 9. It was owned and operated by Indian people (i.e. people from India, not Native Americans). I think its real name was Meadows Grocery or Meadows Market or something like that, but many people I knew called it Hindu Heaven. When I was too young to read the sign outside, I genuinely thought that was the store's name because it was all I heard people call it.

Corner shops in the UK that were owned by South East Asians used to be referred to as Paki Shops. Even after the term became frowned upon people would often be corrected for casually using a racist word.

When I was growing up, charity shops were routinely described as "spat shops" short for spastics.

I was in a hobby shop only last year and one of the paint colours was βn-word blackβ but it was the actual word.

Speaking of which, I also stumbled across this in my image search: What is wrong with that? Don't New Zealanders refer to themselves as "Kiwis?" They should be OK with this. *Warren looks down at the small print* Ooohhhh. I get it now.

There is a subdivision near me called "The Plantation".
I picture Samuel L. Jackson's character from Django Unchained greeting people as they drive through the entrance.

Somewhat south of where I live (in Anaheim, CA), located partly in Garden Grove and partly in Westminster, one can find Little Saigon, where most of the signs are written in Vietnamese:
