If you created a genuine AI. A real artificial intelligence that could learn and grow, humanity would be doomed. It would have no reason to keep us alive. It's passed that. It's already learning and growing. I was just watching a recent 60 minutes episode on how an AI learned Bangladeshi despite not being programmed for it. It's fucking scary to think we have one shot to get this right and align AI with our goals, but WTF even are "our goals", all of human history and current politics are about our intra human disagreements. It's an impossible task. |
