The mob lawyer - that's all Trump can get these days. He's run through so many lawyers with his bogus lawsuits. When he lived in NYC, he was CONSTANTLY suing people. Lots of attorneys don't take his calls.

It all depends on the jury, but there's general agreement that Tacopina did a terrible job with the cross-examination. Rather than discrediting Carroll, he reinforced her testimony.

Because it's a civil rather than criminal trial, Trump is not required to be there. I can't imagine an innocent person staying away.

Carroll's friend, Lisa Birnbaum, is a very well known writer. Many believe that TV episode was art imitating life. |
