Been doing that since I was in my early 20s, I've worked my entire adult life. Actually, my first job was when I was a teen, and my Dad owned an office building. I was the janitor there on weekends, cleaned bathrooms, Venetian blinds, polished and vacuumed floors, made repairs with Dad's help. And he paid me hourly. Half the wage went to support my horse, and the other half was mine to spend as I wished, and it usually went towards the horse, too, lol! But I grew up with a work ethic. During college, I cleaned apartments that had been vacated for the summer. I retired on my late husband's Social Security at age 62, but still do odd jobs and sell crafts online.
I think if we covered 100 different topics........instead of the usual 3 or 4 political majors, we'd find ourselves agreeing on more than we might disagree.
You don't work that long and dedicated without picking up many of the attributes that I admire.

Sounds like the viewpoint of a typical legal gun owner.

Or anyone that gives a crap about public safety.
