Can't argue with that statistically, and as I've said elsewhere, if we win, I hope to play France even though they are favourites. I don't think those odds reflect france and Belgium's performances in this tournament. I've only seen France look really impressive for one 45 minute period. (can't remember what game), whereas Belgium look very dangerous and would still be favourites in my eyes.
Also, if FIFA's ridiculous world rankings are taken unto account then you certainly can't trust the odds.

Odds are based on how much people are betting, not on performance, so it is to be taken with a bag of salt.
I believe the game you are referring to is France vs Argentina; France were excellent in that.
