Wings or King Crimson?
It's a tough question, because wings is the best best ever. And king crimson isn't.
Also, I heard only one king crimson album so far. I have no idea what to make of it. Other than, they possibly are one of the best bands ever.

Fripp wanted to play keyboards on the "Over America" tour but Linda got the gig. In revenge he forced Macca to take his glissando guitar off "Mary Had A Little Lamb". Nearly ended up in a punch up 'til Denny Laine calmed things down.

Another thing I'll say. I never heard king crimson. Except for one album.
From what I understand, the one I bought... is the hardest album by them to get into.
But now, since I've heard it like 5 times. I actually appreciate it somewhat.

AS far as I know right now. Wings get a B rating.
And king crimson get a B rating. However the Wings are slightly easier to listen to.
But however, if I get use to listening to king crimson more. I might eventually prefer them more.
Right now I'm saying Wings is better.
