He has got this one song called crippled inside. But my question is does this song make this singer a hypocrite?
And also, another thing this song is preachy if you know what I mean . But also that makes this singer a hypocrite if I am not mistaken.
Here's the thing, in this song john lennon wrote lyrics about judging people by the color of their skin.
But here's my question, how many black friends did john lennon ever have?
Now, in my ... this song doesn't work. This singer should have just like wrote songs about other topics or something.

That's an exceptionally high bar that you have set, that I doubt anybody could jump. I don't have any Jewish friends so I am antisemitic? I question everything so my life should be put under a microscope more than somebody who goes through life smelling the roses?
Johns style was that of a political observer, while Paul wrote popular songs with little political content. That is a difference of style, not a reason to attack one. If you prefer one to the other, that is your preference, not John's wrong.

Actually now that I heard this song again. He actually isn't talking about black people. At all.
It turns out I got this song all wrong. What this song's about I have no clue, but it aint about race in any way.
Ok, seriously my mistake on this one.

Actually now that I think about it, I'm glad I was wrong. Because if john lennon had a song in the way I described. He'd be so stupid.
Not only stupid, he would be considered one of the worst song writers in music history. Which clearly he aint.
However, aerosmith and randy newman do have songs that make them hypocrites . Along these same lines. But I will bring that up at a later time...

Now, on the other hand mccartney had one song, called ebony and ivory, and this song isn't preachy or anything. So mccartney is good john lennon isn't.
... because mccartney had enough common sense to not write any songs that made him a hypocrite. Just one of very many reasons why pauls solo career is so much better than johns.
Bobbie Seal considered himself a friend of Lennon.
Remember Lennon grew up in Liverpool. There wasn't many black people in that part of the world back then. I doubt he ever met a black person before coming to the States.

Paul just wrote silly love songs. Nothing of any intellectual depth. That's why he didn't reveal anything like that.

He lived in a port city and it was after the Windrush generation arrived so would have met many black folk. Wether or not he knew them or was friends with any is a different matter.
