Basically, China is trying to do what they did to our steel industry and now they're targeting our online retail sellers.
Yes, prices are dirt cheap, but the goods are shitty as well as customer service.

my wife has used it twice, half the stuff she gets is okay, the other half is so poor in quality it looks nothing like the advertised pictures.
the bad thing is she ordered it with my phone number and email address SO I RECEIVE ALL THE JUNK TEXTS AND EMAIL!!!

I have been buying art supplies and solar powered bird bath pumps and solar lights and have had no bad experiences yet.
The art supplies are the same brand sold for $5 - 8 more on Amazon and I did not have to subscribe to Prime to get the free shipping.
Everything has arrived in a timely fashion and even if the boxes are a tad bashed in, the contents are not damaged.
Maybe quality varies with what is being bought and the buyer's expectations.
I REALLY like that they have price adjustments ...if a price goes down (from the seller you bought from) within 30 days you can ask for a refund ... all it takes is to check your order list. Refunds are immediate if you ask for TEMU credit.One item went 1/2 price for no discernible reason which was quite okey dokey with me.
As for customer service, I asked questions via "chat" about their "coupons" (which it turns out expire overnight) and was quite satisfied with speed of the reply and interactions with the personnel.

It's nice to know where the packages are and to hope they will be a day late so you can get the $5 late-delivery-credit... so far, no luck as everything has come on time or early. |

There have been some complaints about the "iffy" TEMU ads that have appeared on several Pro Boards sites but those seem to have been "dealt with" by ProBoards.

I'm hooked on that website. I've ordered lots of gadgets from there, and most are good for the price. I've ordered power banks (even car battery charger), and plenty of other things. If you don't like something, start a return and you might not even have to return it if you choose the credit in your account option. I ordered these blouses recently:   |
