The only fallout shelters that MIGHT work would be the one from the Terminator 3 Rise of the Machines film- But that was  HUGE  with everything independent to last for months.

a fallout shelter in your back yard? You will run out of food and water long before its safe to go outside.

I wont tell you how to spend your last weeks on earth during a total nuclear exchange.. Just pray to be in the path of that nuke, if aren't you are going to die slow.

Hawaiian democrats are the reason why NK has nukes right now. They voted for Obama, they put him in the WH and for the last 8 years Obama let NK get out of control like this .

Such fallout shelters were never intended for use beyond protecting you from the initial blast, plus 3 days afterward
which is safe enough to move outside to a more permanent shelter as long as you wear a dust mask and gloves.

What North Korea is using is probably about the same strength as what was used on Hiroshima.
In which case you might be able to survive a direct hit by hiding in a concrete sewage pipe
as long as you aren't touching anything metal and as long as you are at least 20 feet
away from the entrance facing away from it.

Do not attempt to hide in a parking garage or basement of a house because you will be
crushed and sealed in in the blast and it will become your permanent tomb.

It really isn't funny that most people don't know what to do because they never watched
the government training videos. Which are still out there on the internet for anyone to watch.

I cant answer if you are right about Russia. but its a well known FACT that China was NKs biggest ally for decades. They still are suspected as supplying the North Koreas even to this day( in secret of course or the US would rip them a new one at the bargaining table for trade)
