I don't think Sylvester Stallone is worried about any poor accuser. Especially if the accuser is lying. Sure, there are exceptions. But, like I said, most of the time, only the guilty suffer and the innocent don't. You know why Cosby and Roy Moore’s accusers waited decades to say anything? To run down the clock on the statute of limitations. If fraudulent claims aren’t prosecuted, anyone with a brain would automatically assume the woman is lying. Didn’t Sylvester Stallone ALREADY lose many millions in divorce court, which most certainly involved claims about adultery!? Wrong. Fraudulent claims don't do women or this latest movement any good. People would believe women more if there were never any false claims. |

If that were really true then you should know better than that. Most of the time isnt all of the time Stallone has millions- if its victim is broke- what is he going to get from it? Does he want his victim to take the stand and destroy his reputation to the world whether he is innocent or not? People can lie very convincingly. And your family member who is a judge- do you think if I was right he would admit to it? You think he would admit to you that a little thing like disliking an atty or not like someones tie or suit or the way he looks he would find an innocent man guilty? I doubt it. I just told you about that man who was framed for child porn and the DA didnt care if there was evidence of hacking on the computer. Whenever there is any movement to get rid of a few bad apples, there will be a few good apples that see consequences. Bound to happen. If Liam Neeson is unhappy with the current movement to identify and punish sex offenders, maybe he should have done something before when women were being abused and nothing was happening. Like the commercial says, "You can pay me a little now. Or you you can pay me more later." As far as I can tell 90% seem to be only alleged and people are losing jobs and their credibility with zero proof of any wrong doing. That is not right in my book. What do you want as proof exactly? That is the problem with these kinds of cases, that unless there's some kind of incriminating recording or physical evidence then it's really near impossible to prove. Now I agree with Neeson on there being a hysteria of sorts going on, and that we need to differentiate the truly repellent people like Weinstein from old-fashioned people who haven't adapted to how previously ignored behavior isn't cool anymore. It seems fairly easy to tell the two types apart; the usual hint is how many accuse a person of a similar action. |

I am a realist( and a patriot) but that doesnt make me blind to the flaws in our justice system, My motto is I hope for the best but prepare for the worst. Barely any are being put up on criminal charges, so there's no need for evidence unless there's a trial resulting in a conviction or acquittal happening. People can choose to work for/with whomever they like based upon someone's actions and that's that. I'm not feeling any sympathy frankly. They're all multi-multi millionaires, no one's taking their wealth away so what does it matter? |
