I suppose we are meant to think the '9' is actually a 6, so 6 + 11 + 13 = 30. Of course, those balls are fake because the real 6 and 9 balls are underlined to show you which way up they go, and if it is a striped ball, it has to be the 9 not the 6 (spots are 1 - 7; stripes are 9 - 15). www.borderbilliards.com/everything-pool-balls.html
