I really hate streaming. Netflix has no selection. If you go to Amazon Prime, which includes Arthouse, it's all in German, dubbed. Who wants that? Video stores were full of inspirations.

Depending on what your tastes are, there's always Tubi. It's about the closest thing to having a virtual video store in your living room. Tons of movies and lots of variety. Mind you it does have those annoying brief commerical breaks, but the service is free and the movies are uncut.

When we got our fist VCR around 1980 the only place we could rent from was the local store we rented the TV from, they had a grand total of about 20 to choose from.

I’m watching this documentary at the moment. It was uploaded to YouTube and I managed to download a copy before it was taken down. That’s my way of watching stuff.
I know downloading content is bad but I can only subscribe to so many platforms.

I am calling it utter BS that there is nothing to watch.
Yes there is a lot of crap on Netflix, but are you actually going to claim that all of the 3600+ movies and 1800+ tv shows are crap. Yeah 3600+ movies and 1800+ tv shows, sure there is nothing to select.
Give me a break.
Its as stupid as if i was to complain that i have nothing to watch, when i have 200+ tv shows and 1200+ movies on DVD/Blu-Ray.
