Because honestly it's starting to feel that way.

No, they peaked with Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

Winter Soldier. The franchise post Endgame isnt that much different from the others after Winter Soldier. Same assembly-line, goofy comedic CGI themepark films with low stakes. Only difference is the main cast members aren't as charasmatic as the originals.

Endgame was a fitting end to a good run. They ended the saga on a high. As the saying goes, you can never go home again. Disney will try, but the MCU will never be what it was pre Endgame again.

I actually think they were already on their way down in Endgame. Infinity War was the peak.
Endgame already contained a number of the issues that would later plague phase 4 and 5, but at least at that point they were still mild enough to be ignored.
But yes, IW was the peak. Everything after that was mostly downhill.

All i know is that the MCU should have ended with Endgame, it was the perfect way to end the MCU.
And yes i know why they keep making movies after Endgame, money, money, money.

They should have narrowed the focus in Phase Four, proving it was worth continuing- which I believe it was. They still had great characters.
Instead they expanded with too many new projects. A lot of which really missed the mark. Unfortunately Chadwick’s tragic death took away their biggest draw. And of course, DisneyMinus lowered the quality to the toilet with its mediocre “content”.

Yes, but that doesn't mean everything after Endgame was a national tragedy.

Yeah, but did you expect it not to? It was the culmination of a decade of build up.
Everything since it has not sucked. Many movies have, but not all. They also could have cut back on quantity.

Including that silliness in X2 during the "Cerebro Attack".

Also, it's charismatic not charasmatic if you're going to attempt big words try and get the spelling right it will stop you sounding goofy.

Yes. But I don’t think that means there’s nothing left to offer. Or that it couldn’t swing back around again. But right now the culmination of infinity war/endgame is a high water mark for the franchise.
