Do you ever wonder if the Conservatives live in another world to the rest of us.

Do you ever wonder if the Conservatives live in another world to the rest of us. No.There are some smelly folk who dress in rags and worship failure and are known as lefties, but most of us aspire to something better.

She's considerably less equine than your average Henrietta. Funnily enough, I was having a conversation IRL earlier today about faded seaside towns, and my mate reckons that Scarborough is one of the worst. Lots of poor people with an ever-decreasing life expectancy. I've not been there since the 80s, when it certainly compared favourably to nearby Hornsea. Now there was a spectacular shithole!

Nay, nay and thrice nay! Yorkshire folk should never be naked. Not even members of Chumbawamba.

How do you post tweets on here, I always just get the URL instead. I believe you just stick the twitter link in the URL box in the Link icon.

How do you post tweets on here, I always just get the URL instead. I just post the link without any meta symbols, nothing else. My experience: When I watch my postings via laptop, it gets immediately resolved to the tweet. (not always, as Twitter/X gets worse and worse) When I watch my postings via android mobile, I see only blank, not even the tweet itself. (that's not even that bad as it reduces mobile data needed, but it would be nice if there was a link optically) So in case I'm mobile I either switch to the desktop version or I quote the posting (for getting into edit mode) and copy&paste the link there (in case I think it might be interesting) And if I think that a tweet is really important I do C&P in the posting itself, so that everyone can read it, even when Elon might demolish it. Tipp: there are some very good threads on twitter that get resolved into threadreaderapp I prefer the link to threadreaderapp in case I consider it worthy.
