Saw a good meme today: Harry Kane has only been at Bayern for 8 months and he's already turned them into Tottenham.
That is quite an achievement.

Leverkusen’s lead is now eight points after Bayern Munich lose 3-2 at Bochum this afternoon. Leverkusen will have this one but normal services will resume from next year. Bayern also lost first leg of pre-quarter of champions league against Lazio. I do believe they will win the retun fixture and qualify for the next round of CL but that would be worse for the Bundesliga campaign.

I wouldn't write Bayern off. Again, they are a known quantity in title races (so are perennial Incompetents Dortmund in a very different way). Leverkusen aren't. They may shit the bed or they may have it sown up with a month to spare. No one knows.
And I do think that this would be a little discouraging for Bayern. Last year was supposed to be the wake up call where they got away with one and they were going to recruit in the transfer window, dominate another Bundesliga campaign and all would be right with the world. That's not how it's looking right now.

BL now 5/1 on to win title. BM 9/2. I don't how fraction format works, but I guess BL should be 1/5, right?
My book is giving 1.17 for BL which means only 17 rs in profit for a 100 rs bet. While giving 400 profit for a 100 bet on BM.

Yes “5/1 on” is sometimes written as 1/5. It means a probability of 5/6. 20 profit on a 100 bet. 9/2 equates to a probability of 2/11. 450 profit on a 100 bet.

So, in Aussie language: Leverkusen are paying $1.20 Bayern are paying $4.50 So much easier to understand Aussie betting language than any other country.

So, are Bayern in real trouble this year? Thrashed by the team in first and now 5 points back or are you expecting Leverkusen to run out of puff? . Leverkusen does not have any European competition games remaining. Actually, I was so wrong. Leverkusen is still alive in Europa and will play 1/8 finals against Azerbijani side Qarabag on 7th March. Not sure if this tourney will be their priority though.
