I suspect this was the real goal back then, because he's lying in that quote. The inheritance tax doesn't kick in until the inheritance is over 5 million dollars for a single person. Only a handful of people ever pay an inheritance tax, and they aren't poor farmers or lowly small business owners. We should toss you in the incinerator if you can't get by on 5 million dollars that you never earned or worked for in the first place. I thought 'cons' were against handing free money to people who didn't work for it and personal responsibility and so on and so forth. Dumbasses.

You would have thought that voters figured this out by now, but obviously not...

Oh I get it, if a say something bad about a dem I'm a GOP stooge but when I'm talking about the GOP you're here to hype the dems and you're just telling it like it is. You need to grow up and get some sense, or get a different job and stop working for right wingers, everything I said in the other thread is fact.

Favoring the middle class is just something to distract people while they destroy the middle class. The middle class makes their money from the 70% of people in the lower class that buy their resources. There's a reason it started disappearing after Reagan.

No one wants to talk about this Trump? If he did this and followed the instructions I sent him he'd be a hero right now and there wouldn't be dick anyone could say about it.
Too bad he's been compromised by Russian and us elites, put himself over that barrel and now we all have to pay for it.
Glad to hear about the raids on businesses that hire illegals, even if it is just a small piece of what needs to be done and something just to keep the dummies and sycophants happy. I'm sure there will be little effort put forth and the raids will be targeted toward promoting his buddies' interests somehow.
What a waste of time this guy was, had every position known to man at one time or another. Better than Hillary though, dragging shit out longer. When you pull off a bandaid do you want it slow or fast? Trump is fast. History shows what will happen next.

It also needs to be said that left wing economics created the largest middle class in history, then movie and Rissa's guy Billy Clinton came in and destroyed all that. What's happened to the middle class since then? Evidence shows money injected at the bottom is what helps the middle class, not giving buttloads of money to wealthy people. They still to this day have their special interest loving heads up a Clinton's ass. They would both be farming dirt right now along with their parents if it wasn't for the economics they piss on.

Incidentally, that was also the time period with the most social progress. More economic power gave the citizens more political power, because the consumer had the elites at their mercy. That's also reversing now, loss of economic power means loss of political power. The elites control the biggest portion of most people's economic activity which means they cannot be put out of business by consumers. The right wing socialist government props them up by making you poorer and poorer and giving them more and more control of larger sections of the economy through nonsense programs. Inflation and excessive taxation by the private state socialists speeds up your descent into poverty. You want a decent society you need to end poverty, without it they are powerless.

No doubt Trump or one of his advisors suggested it as a way to appeal to peoples base instinct for "revenge". Donald Trump's entire approach seems to be geared towards taking advantage of people's primitive instincts with an emphasis on triggering peoples anger and sense of outrage to herd and manipulate people as if they were "cattle" being driven in a controlled stampede. Or rather that is the approach that the entire Republican party seems to be using, to sort of find an end run around democracy by tightly controlling what the public thinks and feels which in the end translates into votes for the Republican party. That kind of voter manipulation can be seen with Fox News and certain talk radio shows like Alex Jones just to name a few. The problem is that there isn't any kind of laws or procedures laid out to deal with those kinds of attacks on democracy. So if anything is done about it it would have to be something that is made up from scratch which is problematic because the Republican party is in control of both the House and the Senate, and the president as well. So that no laws or policy changes can be passed that would not directly favor the exclusive interests of the Republican party and the small group of multi-billionaires that they represent. Which is essentially already a functional dictatorship with those billionaires ruling over the public like so many Barons ruling over Serfs. It is just that those wealthy few haven't finished taking away property ownership from the poor and middle class yet.

Inflation and excessive taxation by the private state socialists speeds up your descent into poverty. You want a decent society you need to end poverty, without it they are powerless. So you are referring to that strange "socialism" that only the extremely wealthy and their select corporate interests seem to be entitled to. But what bothers me the most is how the wealthy are slowly eliminating all freedom of speech, which began with the patriot act which prohibits meetings of groups of people that are not strictly monitored be the government. Which can only serve the purpose of eliminating both freedom and democracy. It is just that the most wealthy billionaires like the Mercers, needed help from Russia in order to make that happen. Because transferring control of an entire democratic government over to the controlling interests of just a few of the most wealthy and powerful billionaires and trillionaires is not as easy as it may sound. Russia comes out the winner in that whole deal because by and large the wealthy are very stupid and only ever consider what they can obtain in the moment. So it is easy for Russia to appeal to the overall greed of the wealthy to get them to sell out their own country in exchange for some temporary greater wealth and comfort. As the idea of ruling over an entire country like royalty is very appealing and such an irresistible offer to most wealthy people. And that is how democracies fail and are converted into dictatorships or a kleptocracy. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KleptocracyTrump is next going to try to change the libel laws in order to get rid of all freedom of speech once and for all. www.nytimes.com/2018/01/10/business/media/trump-libel-laws.htmlIt is already to late to save the United States, so this serves as a warning to other nations that Russia will try to conquer them probably using the same techniques.

Yes I'm referring to right wing socialism. It's all about citizenship. There's no such thing as morphing capitalism, capitalism is capitalism. The fact is the elites own the means of production and control the economy like I said above and in other ways.
You may be right that it's too late, too many people are too concerned with feel good slogans and popularity contests and couldn't care less about policy. That doesn't mean it's over though.
