1. You have six play blocks. Two have the number 1 on them (on all sides), two have the number 2 and two have the number three. Arrange the blocks in a row so that both number 1s are separated by a single block (1-x-1), both number 2s are separated by two blocks (2-x-x-2), and both number 3s by three blocks (3-x-x-x-3).
2. You get two more blocks out of the toy box, both with number 4. Arrange all the blocks as above, but also with four blocks separating the two number 4s (4-x-x-x-x-4).
3. You get two more blocks out of the toy box, both with number 5. Repeat, but also with five blocks separating the two number 5s (5-x-x-x-x-x-5).
If you are having a bit of difficulty with problem #3 and think there might not be any solution to this one, prove it.
