I read the numbers but those ONLY apply if every US citizen in the entire US is between the ages of 16 to 64.

Um,arent you forgetting about all the millions in the US that is 15 and under( that cant legally work due to child labor laws?)

How bout all the one  over 65 that is retired now? Or the ones who retired early and are self made millionaires( like a few people on these boards claim LOL)

 and keep in mind thanks to modern medicine people are living older and older.

there are 320 million total US citizens.TOTAL

of that 320 million, many people are under 15 and over 65 it isnt 320 million PLUS  its more like 220+

and there are ones that are 16 to 65 you are forgetting- in that age demographic, what about the ones who are on disability? There are millions of them that cannot work and are still US citizens.

Arthritis
Back pain
Heart disease
Cancer
Depression
Diabetes


And you forget about the illegal immigrants that are in jobs that should be for US citizens ( which accounts for probably most of the contractor jobs,most of the kitchens in every restaurant you have ever eaten in, and probably 90% of the housekeeping in the hotels you have ever stayed in.( which is damn true because I learn a new spanish word every time i ask hotel housekeeping for towels)

As you can see both your statements are incorrect. You left a large chunk of the demographics out of you equation.
