My GP surgery referred me to a physio unit and I submitted the referral form. Two weeks later, haven't heard a thing.
The whole thing needs a good shake-up by the Conservative government.

... The whole thing needs a good shake-up by the Conservative government. It already has been shaken and stirred...

... The whole thing needs a good shake-up by the Conservative government. It already has been shaken and stirred... By incompetent management. It needs some competent people like the Tories to step in.

It already has been shaken and stirred... By incompetent management. It needs some competent people like the Tories to step in. Oh, I absolutely agree with you. They will introduce a WBAILTS ("World-Beating AI led triage system") at the ambulance queues in front of the hospitals while using algorithms taking into account, among other things, the expected remaining lifetime, voting behaviour, place of residence and bank account. Then the patient can immediately be driven from there to either a private clinic or to the cemetery.

Oh, and in case what I said sounds toooooo utopian, have a look: Spy tech firm Palantir was shoo-in for NHS data deal, leaked emails suggestwww.opendemocracy.net/en/nhs-palantir-contract-emails-reveal-plan-win-multi-million-pound/Exclusive: NHS hospitals told to share patient data with US ‘spy-tech’ firmwww.opendemocracy.net/en/palantir-peter-thiel-nhs-england-foundry-faster-data-flows/... and think again ... Algos like that won't ever be error free - but they will significantly help lowering the costs - and You can hide algos for quite a long time with obfuscating comments. (It took quite a while what the "Acoustic Function" in Volkswagen diesel engines really did)
