There is no such thing as 'The Talk' that black people have to have with their sons and daughters. There is such a thing as parents of all races and ethnic groups who have discussions with their children on all kinds of topics. This includes how to act in regards to authority figures. The whole idea of 'The Talk' is agenda driven to make people feel guilty because blacks risk being shot every single time they come in to contact with the police.

They don't risk being shot by police if they follow the law, respect the police and obey the police. Anybody --- white or black --- risk being shot by police if they run, take off on a high speed chase, fight the police, or refuse to drop their weapon. These are the things all the examples Black Lives Matter used as an example of police mistreatment of blacks. White people get killed for the same reasons --- more than blacks do.
