Just sitting here a bit bored at work watching Thursday Night Football. If anyone calls with actual need for service, I'll handle it, but otherwise....
If Manning drops back, an Eagle is in his grill about a half a second later - the protection is miserable. Lots of dunky outlet passes, screen passes, desperation rollouts...it's not pretty.
Carson Wentz seems to have time, just saw him stand in the pocket for almost three seconds and hit a 58 yard pass, so that's good, but the receiver had 8 yards of separation from everybody and had to come to a complete stop to make the catch, otherwise it would have been an easy touchdown. Matters little, though, they easily got it on the next play.
Eagles defense looks tough. The Giants appear to be hapless.
