You are given a 5 gallon jug and a 3 gallon jug in front of a fountain. Measure out exactly 4 gallons of water.
Can you solve it?

-Fill the 3-gallon jug to the top -Pour its contents into the 5-gallon jug -Fill the now-empty 3-gallon jug to the top for the 2nd time -Again, pour its contents into the 5-gallon jug so that it fills the top, which leaves 1 gallon still in the 3-gallon jug (3 minus 2 gallons) -Pour out the entire contents of the 5-gallon jug -Pour the 1 remaining gallon of water still in the 3-gallon jug into the now-empty 5-gallon jug -Repeat steps 1 and 2, but this time thereβll be 4 gallons of water in the 5-gallon jug
