Anyway... outside if Anwar the troll, has anyone actually watched this show? I can't find the energy to watch past episode 3. I did. It was pretty good. But I get that a story about a deaf, one-legged, Native American woman with superpowers is too much for some traditional fans to handle. I'm still trying to figure out what this fat Bubba is doing in 13th century Alabama. Not sure what being a "traditional fan" has anything to do about it. I just want to watch a show with good writing, good character development and good fight scenes. This show is lacking in all 3. Not horribly mind you, Secret Invasion is worse, but it's bad enough that it makes the show pretty dragging... at least till episode 3. Majority of user reviews say the same thing.

Hey man, if you enjoyed the series then good for you. All I'm saying is maybe don't be too quick to blame it on traditional fans not liking it simply for having a disabled, native american woman as the lead, because there are actually objective reasons why this show is one of the lower-rated D+ shows.

It was better at those things than the majority of Netflix Marvel.

I can’t see how someone even not interested in show giving it that rating, because per the production quality and storyline, it’s better than average as this particular genre goes and comparing it to non-Marvel superhero shows. And race and sex has certainly been an issue ongoing the past decades, so to say Marvel fans are innocent of being prejudiced is silly.

What exactly do you consider to be the "average" superhero show? Because this is certainly not better than AoS or Agent Carter. It's not better than Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Punisher or Luke Cage. It's not better than Wandavision, TFATWS, Loki, What If, Hawkeye or even Moonknight. It's not better than Smallville, Arrow, Flash, Legends of Tomorrow or Superman and Lois. It's not better than Lucifer, Legion, Heroes, The Boys, Titans, Umbrella Academie, Stargirl, Peacemaker or Doom Patrol. And that's already majority of live action superhero shows around. You can make an argument that it's around the same level as Ironfist, Cloak & Dagger, Secret Invasion or Supergirl, but those are already some of the worst superhero shows around. So no, it's not better than average. And that's not just my opinion, that's actually backed up by audience ratings. You'll also notice that a number of the shows I mentioned showcase either a female or minority lead (sometimes both) and none of them are rated as low as Echo.

It's better than all the Netflix shows, except Daredevil. Superior to any DC show, on par with the other D+ shows, superior to any FoX-Men show and better than The Boys S2 and S3.
Those shows are about a nonwhite male or a white female, none a nonwhite female. That particular combination angers certain people.

If you're claiming that everything you've said about this show is only your subjective opinion then I have no issues with that. Problem is your phrasing certainly didn't imply it to be so. I'm not shaming you for your entertainment choices. I'm disagreeing with your claim that it was a good show and that the low ratings are due to fanbase bigotry. But yeah, please clarify if you stating that "Echo is better than the average for these kinds of show" is you simply stating your subjective opinion rather than claiming it as objective fact.

There are no facts to enjoyment. I enjoyed the series and for some silly reason this chaps your ass. There are definitely objective metrics for judging which shows are rated higher than others by the general audience. And for some reason this chaps your ass. Heck, look at how difficult it is for you to simply admit you're just stating your opinion. It's simple, all you need to say is "Yes, it's only my opinion that this show is enjoyable". See how easy it is to say it?
