Unfortunately, nearly everything is happening exactly as I had foreseen the night of December 25th 2016.
I wish I could see Friday's winning powerball numbers as clearly as I see the rest of the future.
Probably just as well, because winning 92 million dollars probably wouldn't do any good in the face of a nuclear war with North Korea.
It's psychology 101, a failing president starts a war to boost his ratings and look like a hero to everyone in his nation.
Unfortunately that always turns out very bad for everyone but the president.

Do you not even try to make sense anymore? Almost every empirical economic metric is good right now, many of them better than in decades. PS - I don't want there to be a nuclear war with anyone ever, but I am pretty sure I could live a great life with $92 million in Lotto winnings post-nuclear war with NK... if it happens pretty soon; five years from now, not so much. |
