Over on Nytramsplace, Rick the proprietor, was a lot like Monkey in that he did not care what was said provided the police did come calling. And that was only because he was zonked out of his head much of the time and he was afraid that the cops might frighten his cats.
But very occasionally a poster would get on his tits and he would dump them in his Bottom of the Barrel board, which meant that the loonies were still there, but out of the sight of their betters. |

Maybe, but the problem is a lot of those posters realise that they are barking.
A Bottom of the Barrel board would clarify matters.
