He gets to control all the football decisions which will no doubt be a huge relief to their fans but less of a laugh for the rest of us. Personally I'd dump ten Hag and get someone new in which also gives you a chance of a new player in Sancho.

If that's what he sees as the immediate problem with a club that totally leveraged its own buy out and has been pillaged of £1.1 billion Quid, I guess he is not going to be much of a problem solver, more a profit manager for himself and the Glazers.
