Bela Lugosi in Superman: The Animated Series.
Gilbert Gottfried did a pretty good Bela Lugosi Dracula. He would do it frequently on The Howard Stern Show. He revealed that when he was voicing Mr Mxyzptlk on Superman: The Animated Series, he also voiced a minor character and did his Bela Lugosi Dracula impersonation. But I don’t recall which character it was exactly.

In the cartoon ‘Bionic Six’, the voice of the villain leader ‘Dr Scarab’ is based on George C. Scott.
